These new software solutions are designed to help organizations accomplish their daily flow of documents without risking the exposure of confidential information.
The new Redaction Express software allows organizations to automatically eliminate personal and confidential information from documents and print files. Redaction Express can be used in document production or management workflows anywhere within an organization, with most document formats and on virtually any platform.
The new Riptide Redaction Module is an extension to Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems that can automatically remove confidential information from documents when they are being retrieved from the system for viewing, printing, faxing or other offsite transfer. It supports ECM systems such as IBM FileNet, IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) and EMC Documentum.
