(PRWEB) November 28, 2014 -- Crea7ive Interactive Advertising and Pipeline Brickell organized a woman in tech event last October 29 called “A Conversation with Innovative Women: Launching a Startup.” The panel included three incredibly innovative Miami–based women that opened up about their beginnings, triumphs and challenges: Felicia Hatcher co-founder of Code Fever, Dawn Dickson, founder and CEO of Flat out of Heels and Fatima Lalani owner of Blo Blow Dry Bar.

The event had over 125 attendees, the majority of the women who were interested in learning the necessary tools and tips to launch a business venture. During the session, the panelists shared their personal stories of failure, hard work and success in a very intimate setting. Over 200 mentions on social media using the hashtag #WeInnovateMIA are testimony of an incredible night filled with inspiration and an overwhelming sense of gratitude from the audience to the panelists, for opening up about the good, the bad and the ugly sides of entrepreneurship in the startup world.
