Creative Care Connections, LLC Is Addressing the Overwhelming Task of Navigating Resources for the Complex Needs of an Aging Loved One

Thrive at Home, Inc., a locally owned home care company, announces the opening of a care management division, Creative Care Connections, LLC.
The company will be headed by Marie Woodard, a Certified Aging Life Care™ Professional, whose background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Masters in Health Care Administration, and certification as a Gerontological Nurse. Woodard has more than 20 years of experience in the home healthcare field. Additionally, she actively serves on the Board of the Fairfax County Long Term Care Coordinating Council and the Virginia Association of Home Care and Hospice.
