Zaenger will manage the company’s human resource operations for all Creative Group locations. Her focus will be on hiring and training to keep pace with Creative Group’s market growth. In addition she will work to expand upon the company’s successful employee engagement tool, Excelevate, to ensure that employees are committed to the organization’s goals and values, while enhancing employees’ sense of well-being.

Zaenger has worked in human resources for 25 plus years and has extensive experience in all aspects of human resources, including organizational development, training, M & A, and change management. Zaenger has been delivering and designing training programs for the last 15 years. Prior to Creative Group, Maritza worked for Thermo Fisher Scientific as vice president, human resources for field operations and Cole-Parmer for 11 years. At Thermo Fisher, she supported 2,000 employees in various countries. Prior to Thermo Fisher, she worked as a human resources leader in a number of industries, including healthcare. Maritza holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
