About Credico UK: http://www.credico.uk.com/about/
Together for Short Lives is the leading UK charity that speaks out for all children and young people who are expected to have short lives. Together with everyone who provides care and support to these children and families they are here to help them have as fulfilling lives as possible and the very best care at the end of life.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has generously donated a purple, Together for Short Lives branded, Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II for a year to the charity to raise awareness and vital funds to help seriously ill children and their families get the care and support they need. The striking car is available to hire and the charity is offering people the chance to win a luxury chauffeur-driven weekend through its Grand Rolls Raffle. More information can be found here: http://www.readytoroll.org.uk.
In aid of the charity’s fundraising initiative, called the Ready to Roll campaign, Credico UK hired the Purple Rolls-Royce from Together for Short Lives to reward one of the firm’s top performing business associates. Not only was this a fantastic way to recognise the hardwork and success of someone in the industry, but the money spent on hiring the car went to the charity. This meant that Credico UK was able to offer a reward for business performance in a way that also financially supported a worthy cause.
With many corporate businesses offering their workers incentives, Credico UK urges more businesses to collaborate with charities such as Together for Short Lives as a way of delivering these rewards. Credico UK also uses this an opportunity to illustrate the various ways businesses can help support charities. “When people think of donating to charity, people just think of giving money directly. However, charities offer some fantastic ways of supporting them, and businesses should definitely look into the various opportunities they have available to help donate to the cause.”

Together for Short Lives
Hearing the news that your child has a life-shortening condition and is likely to die young is completely devastating. For tens of thousands of families in the UK this is the reality. These children have very complex and unpredictable conditions and often need round the clock care, seven days a week.
Together for Short Lives is the leading UK charity that speaks out for all children and young people who are expected to have short lives. We are here to help children and their families to access specialist children’s palliative care services when and where they need it. We provide information so families know where to go for support and have the help they need to make the right choices about their child’s care. Together for Short Lives supports all the professionals, children’s palliative care services and children’s hospices that deliver lifeline care to children and families across the UK.
Together with everyone who provides care and support to these children and families, we are here to help them have as fulfilling lives as possible and the very best care at the end of life. We can’t change the diagnosis, but we can help children and families make the most of their time together.
