The idea of Crossroads EPS began with a concern Trent’s daughter had as she watched her parents heavily involved in the care of her grandparents. The concern was that she, like many other people, didn’t have her mother’s experience or background in elder care to serve her when facing those same responsibilities. “It was the statement by my daughter that called me to action.
