Crown Hyundai Receives Customer Satisfaction Award for 2015 from DealerRater
ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA (PRWEB) April 09, 2015 -- Crown Hyundai, part of Crown Automotive Group, is pleased to announce that it recently received a Consumer Satisfaction Award for 2015 from popular automotive dealer review website DealerRater.
This is the first year that the Consumer Satisfaction Awards have been given out by DealerRater. They are in conjunction with DealerRater’s Dealer of the Year Awards program, and are designed to honor those dealers that most value customer service.
In order to be eligible for a Consumer Satisfaction Award in 2015, dealers were required to meet all the same criteria put forth for the Dealer of the Year Program. They had to have at least 25 reviews during 2014, an average consumer rating of 4.0 out of 5.0, and have a minimum of one review per quarter during 2014. The top 10 percent of U.S. new car dealers based on their DealerRater PowerScore were honored with awards, as well as all U.S. used car dealers and Canadian dealers that met Dealer of the Year requirements.
