Client Services, Inc. (CSI), in partnership with O’Fallon CrossFit, is helping its employees to stick to their New Year’s resolution of getting in shape by launching a unique 12 week contest. The Donate Your Weight challenge will give $1 for every pound lost to the American Heart Association and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Not only will CSI employees learn how to make healthy life decisions, but they will be helping these two great charities in the process.
Now in its fourth year, the Donate Your Weight challenge provides CSI employees all the tools they need to make their weight loss dream a reality. For the duration of the contest those participating get unlimited gym access, weekly meetings with a personal trainer and dietician as well as two O’Fallon CrossFit classes a week. A total value of over $500.
At the end of the 12 week competition, with two employees with the biggest percentage of weight loss will be crowned the champions and win fabulous prizes.
“This is just a win-win for everyone,” says CSI Executive Vice President Scott Lindley, who is also taking part in the challenge. “Not only are we helping employees of CSI adopt a healthy and fit lifestyle, we are helping two great organizations who play a vital role in our community.”
