CSU-Global Announces Three New Degree Programs

The new Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics, Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, and Master of Human Resource Management programs are designed for working adults looking to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to advance their careers.

The Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics focuses on the use of data to meet organizational objectives and achieve competitive advantages through metrics-based decision making. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the number of Computer Systems Analysts will increase by 22 percent, the number of Management Analysts will increase by 22 percent, and the number of Database Administrators will increase by 31 percent by 2020, all of which are faster than average job growth.
The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management focuses on the value of people. Leadership topics are designed to help HR professionals effectively manage employee issues as well as hire, train, and retain staff members who contribute to organizational success. The Master of Human Resource Management provides students with the advanced staff development and administration skills necessary for today’s complex organizations including techniques for improving team dynamics, performance expectations, motivation, and strategic planning for operational efficiency. The BLS reports Human Resource Specialist job opportunities will increase 21 percent and Human Resource Manager job opportunities will increase 13 percent by 2022.
