CURT Advances Hitch Testing, Research and Development with New Director
Eau Claire, Wisconsin (PRWEB) June 22, 2015 -- CURT Manufacturing LLC., the leading manufacturer and marketer of USA-made towing products, has brought on board an industry-leading authority on towing safety and standards. Robert Krouse has joined the Engineering team in CURT’s Wixom facility and will be heading up research and development to advance CURT’s hitch ratings and standards.
Krouse is an expert in trailer hitch design and testing, as well as towing safety. He has over 25 years of experience working for GM as a trailering engineer and subject matter expert. He has worked with Proving Ground Test Lab and CAE to refine hitch durability. He has also authored internal and external trailering literature and conducted training seminars for GM engineers, management, journalists and industry professionals.
