As an integral member of EBI's leadership team, Schwall will have oversight in federal, state and global regulatory and compliance initiatives, US privacy policies and vendor management. He will also play an instrumental role in assisting clients with privacy and regulatory education and support.

Schwall brings more than 19 years of industry experience to the post, 15 of them focusing on compliance. Most recently he served as SterlingBackcheck's VP of Corporate Ethics and Compliance.
