The Global Lux collection uses the ikat technique and is modelled on the fascination and often complex patterns found on various animal furs and hides in Africa. The colours reflect the dusty browns and tranquil beiges of sand, dust and stone found in the bush and wild plains, such as ivory, wheat, pebble and mocha. The fabric itself is comprised of sophisticated weaves and embossed satins together with intricately embroidered weaves and textured plains.
Fans of colour and floral design will love the modern feel of Clarke & Clarke’s Folia collection with its large botanical flower designs, dramatic geometric shapes and bold stripes. Shades in this printed cotton fabric range from eye-catching and jazzy Spice through to the pretty pastel sorbet. The designs in this fun collection are big, colourful and sure to enliven and freshen up any room they find themselves a part of.
Weaves feature in the company’s Somona Collection – a collection of soft denims with appliqué techniques, stripes and checks alongside a light Paisley pattern and embroidery. Colours are the highly interchangeable and contrasting indigo, raspberry and charcoal.
