SOMERSET, N.J. (PRWEB) December 01, 2017 -- In an effort to support its continued growth and expansion, Custom Essence Inc. is announcing the following personnel changes:

  • Ellen Slight Blossom as Vice-President of Sales

Ellen joins Custom Essence, Inc. after 5 years with Symrise as a Senior Account Manager. Prior to that Ellen held sales positions at Trilogy Fragrances and Arylessence.

  • Arielle Le Beau as Junior Perfumer

Arielle joins Custom Essence, Inc. after 2 ½ years as a Fragrance Evaluator at IFF. Prior to that Arielle held positions at Coty and Kinetik Technologies.

  • Roberto Galicia as Regulatory and Compliance Assistant

Roberto joins Custom Essence Inc., after 6 years in Quality Control/Quality Assurance positions at SunPharma, Aphena Pharma and Bentley Labs.

  • Austin D’Angiolillo as Assistant Project Manager

Austin will assist Project Director, Mary Carroll facilitate fragrance projects which have grown dramatically in the last 12 months.

Additionally, Custom Essence has secured its 2nd Fricke Dosing machine to support improved sample lab efficiency and productivity. Scheduled implementation date is December 2017.

Custom Essence installed its first Dosing machine in August this year as part of the successful effort to dramatically improve throughput.

Finally, Custom Essence has entered into an agreement to secure additional space in the building adjacent to its Corporate Headquarters. The additional space will be utilized for larger scale compounding and manufacturing to support expansion in capacity.

In looking back over the last 12 months Prashun Patel, President of Custom Essence Inc. says, “2017 was a year of unprecedented structural, technological, and personnel changes. The pieces are in place to support our aggressive, 5 year growth strategy.”
