Customer Success Pioneer Joins Bluenose Analytics to Help Companies Harness Power of Big Data
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) January 21, 2014 -- On the heels of a $10 million investment from The Social+Capital Partnership and Norwest Venture Partners (NVP), Bluenose Analytics announced today the appointment of Catherine Blackmore as Chief Customer Officer. Blackmore brings over 20 years of experience in helping a diverse list of clients from small businesses to Fortune 100 clients achieve success. In her new role, Blackmore will focus on developing and evangelizing Customer Success best practices as well as accelerating the success of Bluenose Analytics customers.
