D&G Equipment Hosts Family Fun Event to Benefit Webberville FFA
Williamston MI (PRWEB) September 08, 2015 -- D&G Equipment is turning their John Deere Drive Green Sales Event into a mini-fair for family fun. The event will take place at their main location at 2 Industrial Park Drive, in Williamston from 8am until 2pm on September 12. Events include a pedal tractor pull for children 3 to 10 with registration at 10 AM and a garden tractor pull for older children and adults with registration from 8-10 am. That event is put on by the Webberville Garden Tractor Pullers to benefit the Webberville FFA.
Everyone that test drives a John Deere zero turn mower, Gator ATV, or Lawn Tractor during the event will receive a coupon worth hundreds off on John Deere Equipment, plus D&G Equipment will donate $5 to the Webberville FFA for every test drive. “It's fun to test drive the latest John Deere equipment and this Saturday your test drive benefits the FFA,” said co-owner Gus Gustafson.
The Saturday event will also feature a large selection of antique tractors on display from the All-Color Antique Tractor Club. “This is our fourth year and everyone has a great time,” said co-owner Jolene Gustafson of the Drive Green Event, “This year we are adding a gigantic garage sale featuring equipment from all 8 of our D&G Equipment locations. There will be huge savings on demo units, last year’s models of John Deere tractors, and Stihl products, plus tools, John Deere clothes, hats, toys, ATV helmets and more. If you love bargains, you won’t want to miss it.”
D&G Equipment will also give out $50 gift cards hourly from 10-2 and there will be registration to win a John Deere 3E Series Tractor package. No purchase is necessary for either contest. The Webberville FFA will sell hot dogs and soda pop. “My favorite part is the pedal pull,” said Jolene Gustafson, “The kids have a great time. They are so proud!”
