Dahn Yoga Celebrates the Opening of New Locations

Centers in Pasadena, CA, Santa Fe, NM and Denver, CO have recently relocated, and a brand new center opened in San Mateo, CA the previous month.
These new locations are smaller and poised to offer more community-based classes and more personalized service. This reflects a new chapter in the nearly two decades long tradition. Dahn Yoga is a dynamic mind-body practice that originated in a public park in South Korea several decades ago when Dahn Yoga Founder, Ilchi Lee began sharing what is now Dahn Yoga. Introduced to the United States in the late 1990’s, interest quickly spread and classes for this innovative path to health and wellness are now taught in Dahn Yoga Centers nationwide.

The San Mateo Dahn Yoga Center just opened their doors in June of this year. Located in the San Francisco Bay area, this center is smaller in scope than many traditional Dahn Yoga centers and is geared for people interested in smaller group classes and private sessions. The Santa Fe Dahn Yoga Center is also celebrating a move. One of the oldest continuing Dahn Yoga locations in the US, the first location opened 18 years ago.
