Dahn Yoga Sponsors Holistic Living Workshop at Southwest School of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe on Saturday, January 25th
Gilbert, AZ (PRWEB) January 23, 2014 -- Dahn Yoga & Health Centers of Arizona announce an informative and exciting one day event on holistic living, the “LifeParticle Workshop” will be held at Southwest School of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ this Saturday, January 25th, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Participants will begin the day with a screening of the award winning documentary film, "Change: The LifeParticle Effect," which will be shown from 8:00– 11:00 a.m.
“Change: The LifeParticle Effect” is a powerful new documentary film created by Dahn Yoga founder and NY Times Bestselling Author, Ilchi Lee that offers a fresh perspective on the power of human consciousness to effect personal and social change.
Many people were introduced to the Law of Attraction with book, “The Secret,” but failed to see real change in their lives. This inspiring new documentary offers a fresh viewpoint on who we are as human beings and what we are capable of, including real life stories of healing miracles, based on modern physics and neuroscience and introduces “the Life Particle Effect.”
The LifeParticle Effect is based on the idea that the entire universe is ultimately made up of the same “stuff”- elementary particles of energy and consciousness, or “Life Particles.” When we access the world of LifeParticles, we tap into a vast reservoir of change potential. From here, every possibility of the imagination becomes the impetus for personal transformation. It’s simply up to us to create it.
The film screening will be followed by a presentation of Brain Education to introduce participants to some of the teachings of Ilchi Lee. This deeply experiential and fun training utilizes physical, emotional, and cognitive exercises, as well as postures, breathing techniques, guided imagery, and games.
At noon, enjoy a one hour presentation of the martial art practice of Dahn Mu Do, which combines energy principles and Korean traditional healing martial arts. Through this non-combative, healing martial art, participants learn how to use their body to enhance mental strength while gaining a sense of personal integrity. Enjoy this demonstration of Dahn Mu Do: the art of being limitless, and witness the dynamic balance between powerful movement, exquisite grace, and inner stillness.
From 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., participate in an interactive lecture and experiential workshop to learn more about energy principles, and experience energy training and meditation in a non-threatening and informative environment.
