Dali Wireless and Fiplex Communications Settle Patent Dispute, Fiplex to License Dali Patents
Menlo Park, Calif. and Miami, Florida (PRWEB) September 19, 2017 -- Dali Wireless, Inc. (“Dali”) and Fiplex Communications, Inc. (“Fiplex”) announced today that they have resolved the patent infringement lawsuit between the two companies, with Fiplex agreeing to license the three patents at issue for its Public Safety Digital DAS products.
Fiplex’s CEO, Matias de Goycoechea, said, “We are very glad to settle this lawsuit amicably with Dali Wireless. The license agreement will allow Fiplex to add some of Dali’s patented inventions to its Digital Fiber DAS line, and also builds a productive relationship with Dali.”

The case, Dali Wireless, Inc. v. Fiplex Communications, Inc., Case No. 1:16-cv-24554-KMW, had been pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division.
