Dallas Auto Accident Attorney Discusses Deadly Bus Crash

Accident reports state that the bus hit a barrier, turned across lanes of traffic, and hit another barrier before toppling over.

According to the story, the driver allegedly was involved in a fatal crash in 1998 that resulted in the accidental death of a good Samaritan at an accident scene.
A Texas grand jury declined to indict the driver on a charge of criminally negligent homicide and cleared him of all charges, according to both the Dallas Morning News and ABC 8 reports
