Dallas-Based Tenant Screening Firm Announces National Searches on Applicants

These broader searches will help landlords reduce incidents of renting to applicants with a high-risk background, a spokesman said.

According to LeVan, Tenant Background Search offers three different levels of searches: Standard, Standard Plus, and Comprehensive. “All three include the national criminal check,” he said, “although the national eviction report can only be obtained under the Comprehensive Search Package.”
