Darling Homes Unveils New Luxury Home Neighborhood in Avalon at Riverstone
Sugar Land, Texas (PRWEB) August 31, 2014 -- Darling Homes is unveiling its newest neighborhood in Avalon at Riverstone with a VIP price release event in September.
The Houston homebuilder is offering a series of seven distinctive floor plans at Riverstone, including two brand-new home designs. The single-family detached homes will be offered on select 55-foot wide home sites.
Each home will provide a highly-amenitized feel and the quality construction that Darling Homes is known for providing its homebuyers. The homes will initially range from approximately 2,500 to 3,300 square feet with the ability to “flex” the plans up to 3,400 to 3,700 square feet.

At the price release event, prospective homebuyers will also have the opportunity receive introductory pricing, choose from a select number of wooded home sites that will be available in the neighborhood and begin the pre-sales process with seasoned sales professional Larri Fleming.
“It’s a special opportunity, without a doubt,” Sim said. “Based on early interest, locking in the home site and floor plan at this event will be a must.”
With 200 acres of lakes, 20 miles of hike and bike trails, 10 tennis courts, three recreation centers and a waterpark, Riverstone offers homebuyers plenty to do without leaving the community.
The community is located along Highway 6, near U.S. 59 and the Fort Bend Parkway, just a short distance from Houston’s major employment centers, and is within the prestigious Fort Bend Independent School District (ISD).
