Data Facts Inc Announces Top Performers for 2013
Memphis, TN (PRWEB) January 23, 2014 -- Data Facts Inc - a nationwide provider of background screening and mortgage lending information solutions - named top honorees for the Lynne Lucy Award and the Shining Star Award for 2013.
This year’s theme was “In It 2 Win It” and that couldn’t have proven to be more accurate with a tight race between several seasoned employees. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, January 10th at the historic Madison hotel in downtown Memphis. The entire company was present to honor the newly awarded recipients.
The Lynne Lucy Award (LLA) is awarded annually to the operations employee who delivers exceptional customer service throughout the year, and who goes above and beyond for his or her clients, day in and day out.
The Shining Star Award is awarded annually to the top performing administrative person, who has shown exemplary integrity, consistency, and work ethic.
The 2013 recipient of the Lynne Lucy Award was Diana Agee, the Mortgage Services Operations Manager. Diana-who has been with Data Facts Inc since 2009-comments, “It is exciting and humbling to be the recipient this year. I love what I do and am proud to be part of the team at Data Facts!”
Lindsay Higgins was 2013’s Shining Star Award winner. Lindsay is the Background Screening Customer Relations Director, responsible for handling customer training and resolving Customer Service issues.

Both the Lynne Lucy Award and the Shining Star Award recipients are chosen by nominations from co-workers. The final winner is determined by the CEO and EVP, Daphne Large and Julie Wink.
