Judith’s recent experience includes 12 years as Network Systems Engineer, Senior Network Engineer and Computer Systems Manager with the City of St. Petersburg, FL. Prior to that, Judith held positions of Technical Specialist at Xerox, Network Engineer at AMRESCO, and a variety of system consulting positions with EDS (now part of HP).
Active in her community, Judith is a graduate of Leadership St. Petersburg, the Public Leadership Institute, has provided service on numerous state and local boards, and was an Adjunct Professor at ITT Technical Institute.
She holds the BS in Business Administration, Decision and Information services and the MBA from the University of Florida.
