DataChambers Partners with EMC to Support Growth in “Infrastructure as a Service” Business
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (PRWEB) March 23, 2015 -- DataChambers today announced it is using storage solutions from EMC to support its growing “Infrastructure as a Service” and Disaster Recovery business offerings.
DataChambers has adopted EMC VNX and VNXe unified storage arrays, flash drives and high-capacity disk drives to support its network of data centers. In addition, the company is using EMC RecoverPoint and EMC VMware vCenter Site Recover Manager to provide continuous data protection and any-point-in-time recovery.
The solutions enable DataChambers to maximize storage, simplify storage management and enhance its disaster recovery capabilities.
“We previously relied on a variety of multivendor storage solutions, but EMC offers us a more scalable, unified platform,” said Michael Lewis, systems administration manager at DataChambers. “We now have a storage and recovery platform designed specifically to support our ‘infrastructure as a service’ offers and to handle the big data needs of DataChambers and its clients.”
EMC has created a case study on its partnership with DataChambers that is available at https://www.emc.com/collateral/customer-profiles/h13641-cp-datachambers.pdf.
