DataServ Adds Six New Members to Client Success and Digital Mailroom Teams
St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) August 27, 2015 -- DataServ, a global Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of document and process automation solutions, is broadening its staff with the addition of six professionals to their Client Success and Digital Mailroom teams.
Jacob Phelan is DataServ’s newest Client Success Account Manager, a role in which he will provide wide-ranging support for assigned clients. Phelan comes to DataServ via LaunchCode, a St. Louis-based non-profit organization that creates pathways to economic opportunity and upward mobility through apprenticeships and job placement. This marks DataServ’s seventh LaunchCode hire, making DataServ one of the top five LaunchCode employers. Phelan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri.
Jennifer Gapsch, Helena Cheuk, Zoran Knezevic, Cheryl Martin, and Robert Schlehuber have been added to support roles in the DataServ Digital Mailroom, which combines optical character recognition (OCR) software with a five-step quality assurance review to routinely provide clients with over 99 percent clean invoice data.
“All six of these individuals will help DataServ’s efforts scale, as we continue to add new clients at an unprecedented rate,” says DataServ Founder/CEO Jeff Haller. “Over the past two months, our monthly Digital Mailroom volume has increased significantly, and we have several more new clients set to go live later this summer and fall. We are thrilled to have Jacob, Jennifer, Helena, Zoran, Cheryl, and Robert join our team, as we will need their talent and experience to help us accommodate our rapidly expanding client base. In addition, we are always happy to do our part to expand the technology sector in the St. Louis area.”
