David Perla and Howard Flack Named to Decipher’s Advisory Board; Rebecca Holdredge Named Decipher’s Chief Operating Officer

Legal innovator David Perla and legal industry veteran and lateral hiring expert Howard Flack have been appointed to Decipher’s Advisory Board while legal business intelligence and analytics expert Rebecca Holdredge has been named Chief Operating Officer.
David Perla brings more than 22 years of experience to the Decipher Advisory Board. Most recently, he served as President - Bloomberg BNA Legal Division/Bloomberg Law, where he oversaw all of Bloomberg BNA’s legal and related products, including its flagship Bloomberg Law enterprise legal news, information, and tools platform. Perla also co-founded Pangea3 where, from 2004 to 2012, he served as Co-CEO and director for the legal process outsourcing provider.
Howard Flack brings over three decades of experience to the Decipher Advisory Board. He spent over 30 years at Hogan Lovells, including most recently as the firm’s Lateral Recruitment and Integration Partner. He is a widely recognized expert on lateral partner recruitment, retention, and integration.

She joined from Bryan Cave LLP where she managed an award-winning group focused on encouraging attorneys to improve efficiency, transparency, and quality by developing best practices and leveraging technology.
