He discusses the lack of learning processes in organizations that often contributes to the diminution of these skills in employees who do not get to practice them every day, and goes on to suggest that companies institute learning programs that allow their employees to practice these valuable skills regularly.
In the realm of retirement, David Pulman GSK reflects on having to reconcile a busy and successful career life with the more laid-back one of retirement. His latest blog post, called “start as you mean to go on,” details the ways his morning schedule has changed as an effect of retirement.
