David Zahka Appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Spectrotel
Neptune, NJ (PRWEB) October 21, 2016 -- Spectrotel, Inc., a leading New Jersey-based full service telecommunications company serving customers throughout the United States, today announced the appointment of David Zahka as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2016. Mr. Zahka replaces Spectrotel’s current CFO, Edward Kazar, who is retiring from the company after serving seven years. Mr. Kazar will continue to work with Spectrotel in an advisory role.
Mr. Zahka has extensive financial management and leadership expertise in various industries including telecommunications and financial services. Prior to joining Spectrotel, he was Founder and Managing Member at Financial Dynamics Group, LLC in Short Hills, New Jersey. He also served as CFO for Guardtrax, LLC and Talk America, LLC. In addition, Mr. Zahka held several senior level positions at UBS Warburg, LLC and Paine Webber Incorporated within their Debt Capital Markets, Utility Finance, and High Yield Groups. Mr. Zahka holds an MBA degree from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA degree from Colgate University.
