Davpack tops the packaging leader board with over 1000 ‘Excellent’ reviews

Since then, the packaging supplies company has received reviews from well over 1000 different customers and currently has an overall rating of 9.7 out of 10. That performance has made it not just the top packaging company on Trustpilot, but also places it in the top 5% off all companies being rated on the site.
The very first review received by Davpack was placed by a Mrs Grange on 26 July 2012; it warmly praised the company’s customer service levels and awarded a full five stars. Mrs Grange set a pattern of giving Davpack top marks that was followed by every one of the following 17 reviews.
The 1000th review was placed exactly 11 months later, on 26 June, by Lyra Optic, a Rochadale-based company selling ‘astronomical accessories’. Lyra Optic also awarded Davpack five stars, saying “I thought I would give Davpack a try. I’m glad I did.”
In fact, more than 90% of those leaving a review of Davpack have awarded the maximum five stars, with fewer than 1.5% giving less than four out of five.
