Dawn Lesicko Expands Her Caring Transitions Business to Include all of San Diego County
Carlsbad, CA (PRWEB) February 10, 2016 -- Dawn Lesicko, the owner of Caring Transitions Carlsbad, is proud to announce that she’s expanding her business to include all of San Diego County.
Lesicko opened her Caring Transitions franchise in early 2015. Caring Transitions is America’s largest resource specializing in managing relocations for seniors and busy families as well as downsizing and estate liquidations. In addition to the organizing, packing and move oversight, Caring Transitions can handle on-site and online estate sales, liquidations, and preparing homes for market.
Caring Transitions of Carlsbad already served Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista and San Marcos as well as the surrounding communities but will now also serve the coastal area between La Jolla and Encinitas.
“The person who owned that franchise territory called and said he wanted to sell the company and he wanted to sell it to me. I’ve only been in business for a year, so I was a little worried about expanding so soon, but it’s a great area and it’s been a really great year,” Lesicko said. “I’m looking forward to serving additional seniors and families in the region.”
Lesicko has a degree in organizational management and experience as a business owner, realtor and co-owner of a homeowner’s association management firm. She also raised two children – a daughter and a son – who both served in the Air Force. While her kids were in school, Lesicko was an active at-home mom and volunteered as an art docent, art program chairperson, band booster president, PTA board member and sports team statistician.
She also knows a few things about the challenges of moving – Lesicko went to 14 grade schools, moved 10 times before settling down to raise her family in 1982, and has moved four times since. She decided to open Caring Transitions after her most recent move, which brought her back to Carlsbad, where she lived for 29 years.
