Title ownership change is provided to remove a spouse due to divorce, add a spouse due to marriage, add or remove a co-owner and to fund trusts.

The company both prepares the deed and records the deed with the Clerk of the Court in the County where the real property is located. The deed is prepared in format and manner required by Florida law and includes the legal description. The deed is then recorded electronically and returned to the customer by email and mail.
