Deerfield Beach Personal Trainer and South Florida Fit Body Boot Camp Owner Launches Campaign Against New Year's Resolutions
Deerfield Beach, FL (PRWEB) January 02, 2014 -- South Florida Fit Body Boot Camp owner and Deerfield Beach personal trainer, Billy Carney, doesn't believe in being politically correct when it comes to New Year's fitness resolutions. In fact, he is totally against them.
"One of the biggest setbacks to a lean and healthy body is for someone to make a fitness resolution," says Carney. "Resolutions are for suckers!" As each New Year begins, millions of Americans will announce that their resolution is to lose weight and get healthier. Sadly, the majority of those resolutions will fail.
"Our research has shown that people who don't make resolutions but stick to a sound game plan usually get better results than those who made outlandish claims on January 1st." Carney goes on to say, "most individuals fail to realize that it takes a commitment to make a change in one's body. Unfortunately, many will become so unmotivated once they break their own resolution that they will stop exercising altogether."
That is why the BCFitness Conditioning Center in Deerfield Beach, FL is launching an "Anti-Resolution" campaign, geared to put an end to the revolving failed cycles of unsuccessful weight loss resolutions and instead offering a more clear road map to successful results leading to a lasting change.
The BCFitness Conditioning Center, through South Florida Fit Body Boot Camp, will be helping area residents eliminate resolutions and focus on creating a "Fitness REVolution" instead. "We've designed a six week fitness program aimed at helping the community to break bad habits through the use of a building a sound foundation." Carney goes on to say that, "taking small steps and meeting reachable goals will create good habits that lead to successful outcomes."
