Over a twenty-three year career, Burgess has held various leadership positions in corporate and financial technology environments. Following a 13 year career with TD Canada Trust, Burgess spent ten years in operations management with Phoenix Interactive, a London-based provider of multi-vendor ATM software to the self-service banking industry. During his tenure with Phoenix, Burgess played a key role in building that organization’s services delivery and support functions to exceed the expectations of a rapidly growing corporate customer base.
