Delia’s Delight Jewelry to Gift Art Deco Inspired Golden Glam Crystal Earrings at GBK’s 2016 Golden Globes Celebrity Gift Lounge
(PRWEB) January 05, 2016 -- Delia’s Delight Jewelry (http://www.deliasdelightjewelry.com), in association with The Artisan Group®, will gift its modern, Art Deco-inspired Golden Glam Crystal Earrings at GBK’s 2016 Golden Globes Celebrity Gift Lounge. The Gift Lounge will take place January 8-9, 2016 at an exclusive location in Hollywood, California.
Recipients will find their Golden Glam Earrings (retail $28.00) contained in a black organza bag, nestled inside the Artisan Group’s signature black swag bag.
These show-stopping, ultra-glamorous earrings feature hand cut golden brass triangle charms that have been corrugated and polished to a high shine. Large bi-cone shaped Hematite Swarovski Crystals are wire-wrapped between the hypoallergenic Niobium ear wires and the industrial style, golden textured triangle charms. Tiny wire-wrapped, bi-cone shaped Hematite Swarovski Crystals and miniature gold balls dangle in front of the charms for added dazzle.
Monica Sargeant, founder/designer, Delia’s Delight Jewelry, says that in designing the earrings, she was going for a glitzy, contemporary look, in keeping with the drama of this storied awards event. “To me, gold and black is the ultimate modern color statement and in its own way, quite neutral. I’m sure recipients will appreciate the versatility of these earrings.”
Monica is an accomplished self-taught artisan jeweler, who has been published in “Step-by-Step Wire Jewelry” and “Best of Step-by-Step Wire Jewelry: Special Edition 2010.” She is Level 1 certified in precious metal clay and has taken classes with some of the best teachers in the field. Her jewelry has been mentioned in Lisa Johnson Mandell’s blog, AtHomeInHollywood.com.
Of her designs, Monica has said, “Expressive and detailed designs are part of my jewelry signature. My creative journey involves discovery and evolution. My handcrafted creations are inspired by nature, history and my imagination. I love to work with metals, natural stones, fibers, resins and glass. Starting with a focal concept, I use different techniques and mediums to bring my ideas to life.”
In April 2015, Monica launched her Karmic Serenity Line at GBK’s 2015 MTV Movie Awards Celebrity Gift Lounge, with the inclusion of a White Copper Tree of Life Pendant and White Copper Charm Earrings in celebrity and press swag bags. Monica designed the Karmic Serenity Collection based on her conviction that in today’s world, it is more important than ever to take time to enjoy the moment, take a break for yourself and send out positive energy back to the universe.
“Karmic Serenity is the belief that the more serenity you put into the world, the more you will get back,” she says. “This Collection provides beautiful wearable reminders of what is important in life.”
With good karma in mind, and since Monica believes music is extremely important to society because music heals, inspires and encourages in ways nothing else can, for each Karmic Serenity piece sold, Delia’s Delight Jewelry donates $10.00 (Karmic Serenity Necklace) and $5.00 (Karmic Serenity Earrings) to the Woodstock Illinois District 200 Music Boosters.
Monica’s Sterling Silver Tribal Wire Wrapped Necklace has been worn by Teryl Rothery (as Grace) on the Hallmark Channel’s Cedar Cove (Episode 309).
Her Turquoise Copper Wire Wrap Cuff was worn by Catherine Toribio (as Teen Xiomara) on the CW Network’s Jane the Virgin (Episode 205).
Actress Stephanie Drapeau has been the recipient of several pieces of Delia’s Delight Jewelry and notes Monica, “has been extremely gracious by tweeting and posting about it on Instagram.”
Delia’s Delight Jewelry has also been gifted at GBK’s Luxury Celebrity Gift Lounge for the 2015 Golden Globe Awards.
