DentalWorks Offices Accessible for Persons with Disabilities
DALLAS, TX (PRWEB) August 24, 2015 -- DentalOne Partners is improving accessibility to oral health for persons with disabilities at over 150 DentalWorks dental clinics operating in 13 states. “This is a two-pronged strategy consisting of accessibility and education,” says Fred Ward, DentalOne Partner’s Senior Vice President. First, DentalOne is committing financial resources to enhance the physical accessibility of its supported clinics, where needed. While DentalWorks clinics are already accessible to persons with disabilities, DentalOne is undertaking a five-year commitment to further enhance the accessibility features of the DentalWorks clinics.
The second aspect of the campaign entails continuing education within the clinics to ensure that staff understand the needs of patients with disabilities so that they can be provided with the best possible dental care and customer service.
