Depot Community Room’s May 7th Walking Tour Features Women of Henderson
(PRWEB) April 24, 2016 -- Henderson, Kentucky highlights women of history in upcoming Walking Tour. The Depot Community Room’s free guided walking tour takes place on Saturday, May 7, beginning at 10 a.m. at the Depot, located at 101 N. Main Street, in Henderson, Kentucky. Learn about one of the great influencers of founding Mother’s Day, and more information about other outstanding women that lived in Henderson.
Led by local historian Frank Nally, this tour takes an easy walking route through downtown Henderson and lasts approximately one hour.
While reservations are not required for the free walking tours, guests are encouraged to arrive approximately 15 minutes before tour time.
The Depot Community Room offers free walking tours the first Saturday of each month from April through November.
