C-Suite executives Chairman and Founder Jonathan Lizotte, CEO Phil Lizotte and CAO Gail Lizotte announce the formation of a Board of Directors, where they will focus on leadership development, investments for growth and innovations to sustain their market leading growth rate. They will preside over a team of highly skilled industry leaders to continue the company’s expansion while preserving the spirit and vision of this family-owned business.
- President Roger Koehler will drive all supply-side efforts, which includes two manufacturing facilities, four distribution centers and several quality labs. Roger is a Fortune 500 business leader and a recognized manufacturing and supply chain expert. He joined in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to President in 2017. Since joining the company, he has helped achieve record-breaking numbers month after month.
- Managing Director Nathan Cheong will be responsible for driving growth and innovation, as well as corporate functions. Nathan, recognized as a global business leader, joined the management team in January 2018 with more than 20 years experience in the integrated medicine industry and a proven track record of dynamic sales growth. An award-winning executive, he was named Health and Pharmaceutical Executive of the Year in 2017.
- General Counsel Stephen Carruthers will continue to play a strategic role managing legal, compliance and risk management functions. Stephen was recruited in 2012 after several years as outside counsel and has been a significant contributor to the overall growth strategy and organizational execution at DFH that has helped the company triple in size since his appointment.
