By partnering with Foody Direct, Detroit Style Pizza Co. is able to ship Authentic Detroit Style Pizza overnight to residents in Michigan, northwest Ohio, northern Illinois and northeast Illinois for a flat rate of $9.95. All other continental U.S. residents pay just $29.95 for shipping. Previous shipping rates were $45 regardless of location, so the new program reflects a 78 percent savings for regional customers and a 33 percent savings for nationwide customers. That adds up to an average savings of $36.95 per regional mail orders and $16.95 for nationwide orders.
