Deufol North America Acquires Selected Bentley World-Packaging City Operations
Sunman, IN (PRWEB) June 20, 2017 -- Deufol North America is pleased to announce the acquisition, of three city operations – Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Cincinnati, from Bentley World-Packaging. This investment represents a major commitment to Deufol’s global industrial packaging presence, expanding our US footprint to better serve major industrial clients as well as the rapidly developing US export market. The acquisitions nearly triples Deufol’s North America Industrial presence, while adding key geographic locations to the Charlotte market already served. As part of this transaction, Bentley World-Packaging will retain its headquarters in Milwaukee and will continue to own and operate sites in Wisconsin and Maryland.
