Deyta Introduces FastStart Program for Quality Actionboards to Offer Hospices a Last Minute Solution to Address the Hospice Item Set
Louisville, KY (PRWEB) June 18, 2014 -- Deyta, LLC announced today the introduction of a FastStart program, a rapid onboarding process, for its new Quality Actionboards to offer hospices a last minute solution for capturing, measuring, and reporting Hospice Item Set (HIS) data. As part of the CMS Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP), all Medicare-certified hospices will be required to report the HIS data elements for all patients admitted on or after July 1, 2014.
