Diabetic Kitchen Launches Category Changing Donut Mix
Gainesville, FL (PRWEB) December 19, 2017 -- Diabetic Kitchen, which creates and develops low-carb, keto-friendly foods for diabetics and others, has introduced the first-ever diabetic donut mix that is sugar-free with no artificial sweeteners.
The new mix represents the company’s ninth product introduction in the last two years.
In a category noted for its “taste-less” and “tastes like cardboard” foods loaded with artificial ingredients, Diabetic Kitchen has disrupted the conventional diabetic food category with its real food ingredients and a commitment to never use artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols.
One Diabetic Kitchen donut, when prepared according to directions, contains just 2g of net carbs and 8g of fiber, which is almost a third of the daily adult RV for fiber. It also represents about six percent of the carbs and eight times the healthy fiber found in famous name donuts.
“Our customers said they love our other products but they also want a donut,” said Vic Johnson, co-founder of Diabetic Kitchen. “Our goal since day one has been to deliver healthy foods that taste like comfort foods. We’ve done that with guilt-free donuts that are made with real food ingredients.”
Diabetic Kitchen has stuck by its commitment to provide diabetic-friendly, low carb foods that are gluten-free, non-GMO and contain no added sugars. Its signature mix for gourmet chocolate brownies has led the brownie mix category at Amazon for much of the time since it was introduced two years ago.
Diabetic Kitchen’s products are available at DiabeticKitchen.com and leading online retailers including Amazon, Netrition and Linda’s Diet Delites.
