Dickinson Insurance and Financial Services Releases Update on Successful Charity Event in Support of Local Animal Rescue Organization
Little Rock, AR (PRWEB) October 13, 2017 -- Dickinson Insurance and Financial Services, a privately owned firm with locations throughout Arkansas that offers insurance and financial preparation services, is providing an update on a charitable event that began earlier this year to benefit the Rock City Rescue organization.
Rock City Rescue is a locally recognized nonprofit that provides shelter and care for animals seeking new homes. The charity drive was launched in March and ran for several months.
“Our Rock City Rescue Community Cause Campaign was a success,” explained Jason Dickinson, owner and general manager of Dickinson Insurance and Financial Services. “Not only were we able to bring awareness to rescuing dogs that are on top of shelters’ kill lists, strays, as well as animals in abusive situations, but with the help of our wonderful clients and excellent business partners, we also raised $275 for Rock City Rescue!”
Dickinson attributes much of the success of the charity drive to a consistent online information sharing campaign directed toward regional families, entrepreneurs, and civic leaders. The proceeds from the charity event have already been provided to the Rock City Rescue team, and the Dickinson Insurance and Financial Services firm will be selecting a new charitable effort to support in the near future.
