Dickinson Wright PLLC Expands in Texas with El Paso Office

Kathleen Campbell Walker, Member – Ms. Walker is known internationally as a leader in the field of immigration law and has practiced for over thirty years. She is board certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is also ranked AV preeminent with Martindale-Hubbell.
Her immigration law practice focuses on business and family-based immigration, consular processing, employer sanctions/worksite enforcement, immigration audits, security checks, waivers, admissibility, and citizenship and naturalization. Mark C. Walker, Member – As a trial and appellate lawyer for over 30 years, Mr. Walker has more than 75 verdicts and 30 appeals to his credit, which demonstrate his commitment to bring tenacity and creativity to the resolution of difficult cases. He counsels clients to assume that every case will go to trial, in order to put them in the best position to make informed decisions on the best resolution of a broad array of business, commercial, product liability, administrative, regulatory, and tort and negligence matters. He also counsels clients on election and campaign finance law issues. He has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law since 1990, was on the examination commission of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is a frequent speaker on litigation issues at state and national conferences.
Mr. Walker is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. He is recognized as a leader in his field by Best Lawyers in America and Texas Super Lawyers. Mr. Walker received his B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
Mario Franke, Of Counsel – Mr. Franke focuses his practice on business, commercial, product liability, tort and negligence matters. He is also experienced in federal and state labor and employment litigation matters. He served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Frank Montalvo, Judge, United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of New Mexico. Mr. Franke received his B.B.A. and his M.P.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
Heather Frayre, Of Counsel – Ms. Frayre’s practice focuses on immigration law, counseling clients on a full range of matters including non-immigrant visas, permanent residency and citizenship. She has extensive experience with a wide range of non-immigrant classifications, such as H-1B, L-1, TN, J-1, E, O-1, and P-1, among others. Her corporate immigration experience spans a wide array of industries, including technology, athletics, manufacturing, construction, education and international trade. She has counseled large Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized companies and small business clients with immigration filings, consular and cross-border issues and compliance strategies.
