Digital Marketing Networks Acquires the VOISYS® Brand, Internet Leads and Loan-by-Phone Business
Richmond, VA (PRWEB) February 07, 2014 -- Travis Weisleder of Digital Marketing Networks and Nick Spiridellis of Total Contact Solutions, Inc. announced that they have reached agreement for DMN to acquire the VOISYS® brand, Internet Leads and Loan-by-Phone business of Total Contact Solutions, Inc. DMN will go forward under the VOISYS brand and will assume all customers and open orders of VOISYS. Over the past 25 years, VOISYS, has become a household name in the automotive sector for its Loan-By-Phone and Internet Lead service and with Weisleder and his team’s effort will continue to help dealers be successful in the ever changing market.
Total Contact Solutions will continue to provide the technical services and IVR services to support the business for the foreseeable future and provide the ability to more closely focus its efforts on its RealValidation services which include RealLeadValidation, RealPhoneValidation, and other technology based services at the wholesale level.
Both Spiridellis and Weisleder have long roots in the Automotive Sales and Finance Leads business and were pioneers applying Interactive Voice Response (IVR) in support of Dealers’ advertising for the past 25 years. Weisleder was the founder of InterActive Financial Marketing Group, which he sold in 2007, and had such brands as 1-800-CAR-LOAN® and Carloan.com and Spiridellis through the VOISYS Brand.

The transaction closed on February 1, 2014 and customers should not experience any significant changes or disruptions in services. Over the coming weeks both DMN and VOISYS customers will be offered a suite of new products as well as a number of new partnerships and announcements.
