Dino Fight from Gig Development Released for Smartphones and Tablets
(PRWEB) July 30, 2013 -- A new mobile game called Dino Fight, in which players square off as the terrible lizards in a prehistoric arena rendered in 3D, is now available for Android for $2.00 and iPhone and iPad for $1.99.
Dino Fight grants players the fighting power of the ancient dinosaurs through three types of game modes: single player, multi-player, and practice mode. After players select a game mode, they choose one of four dinosaurs, each with its own unique mix of power, reflex, flexibility, and weight:
• Ankylosaurus
• Tyrannosaurus Rex
• Triceratops
• Velociraptor
Players then fight to the death with a mix of biting, slashing, jumping, special moves, and luring the opponent into pits of lava. They can also choose special powers to use once during each match, such as Mega Shield, Time Freeze, and Double Strength.
Not only can players pit realistic looking dinosaurs against each other, but they can also increase their dinosaurs’ deadly fighting abilities with fierce looking armor and weapon upgrades.
Players earn teeth by competing in and winning fights, against either the computer or human opponents. Teeth can also be purchased right from the app: 10,000 at a time for $0.99. Teeth can then be used to buy battle upgrades:
• Body Armor with Spikes
• Protective Head Gear
• Steel Claws
• Steel Teeth
• Tail Armor with Spikes
• A 5-pack of Double Strength
• A 5-pack of Mega Shield
• A 5-pack of Time Freeze
The final move in any match is replayed as a slow-motion cutscene, showcasing the 3D animation of the dinosaurs. Matches can be shared on Facebook once they are complete.
The game will see future upgrades such as a greater number of playable dinosaurs and a variety of arenas.
