Dino Morra Joins Host.net as Vice President of Sales to Spearhead the Company’s Growth for 2014 and Beyond
Boca Raton, Florida (PRWEB) December 17, 2013 -- “Host.net has established itself with a proven track record as the go-to service provider for data center and cloud server and storage deployments for the enterprise space," said Dino Morra, Vice President of Sales. “I have worked alongside the team here for over 10 years and always respected their commitment to delivering the highest quality of service and support. No other provider has shown the level of consistency and dedication to the tech and community at large and I am very excited and proud to be a part of it. The launch of our 4cNxGn Smart Cloud Architecture positions us as leaders in the evolution of hybrid/cloud solutions and gives us a tremendous growth opportunity in the enterprise space” further stated Mr. Morra speaking on his decision to join Host.net.
“Dino is a thought leader in the South Florida market and has (indirectly) been part of the Host.net family as a colleague and industry professional. I am very proud and excited to have him join the Host.net family as we continue to focus on growth and innovation in the marketplace,” stated Jeffrey Davis, Host.net Co-Founder and CEO. “As successful and effective as our technology platforms and solutions are, our key differentiator has always been our team. At Host.net we pride ourselves in having the most dynamic, qualified and customer-centric team in the industry offering unparalleled world-class white glove service across the board.” further stated Mr. Davis.
With over 23 years experience selling, servicing and supporting clients in global telecommunications, data and managed network systems, Dino recently dedicated over 14 years to the combined success of USLEC/PAETEC/Windstream. Beginning in 1999, Dino led the explosive sales growth of USLEC as their Regional VP of Sales, managing over 300 salespeople and consistently overachieving against revenue and sales targets, eventually resulting in the PAETEC acquisition in 2007. He repeated that leadership contribution at PAETEC, which was acquired by Windstream in 2012. He has implemented values-based programs, practices and daily management that transformed the sales process and client support strategies for these combined companies, resulting in greater client satisfaction, consistent over-achievement against sales targets, and increased customer loyalty. Earlier in his career, Dino developed his sales leadership skills while performing in the top 2% of Sales Directors at AT&T.
