Disability Law Firm Heard & Smith Sponsors Arthritis Foundation’s Jingle Bell 5k Run/Walk for Arthritis
San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) December 17, 2013 -- The amazing volunteers who made the Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis in San Antonio on December 7, 2013 a total success had a little help in the “wardrobe department” thanks to event sponsor Heard & Smith, a national disability law firm that concentrates on the disabled and the injured.
That’s because the firm proudly donated the t-shirts worn by volunteers, who generously gave of their time in support of the Arthritis Foundation’s inspiring mission to win the battle against arthritis. It was the first time that Heard & Smith sponsored the annual fundraising event, which is the nation’s largest holiday 5k race series.
“We feel very strongly about supporting the communities where we live and work,” commented Joshua C. Eyestone, one of the experienced SSD attorneys in Heard & Smith’s Social Security Disability Practice Group. “And just as it is in many other cities across the country, the Arthritis Foundation’s Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis is truly one of the most remarkable events on the San Antonio fundraising calendar! It brings together diverse people and groups in a common cause. We were honored to be a first-time sponsor, and look forward to making this an annual part of our commitment to giving back to the community, and supporting a very worthy cause.”
