Disney’s Improved FastPass+ to be Included in Globehunters Ticket Package
London (PRWEB UK) 30 April 2014 -- Walt Disney World has lifted the restriction on its queue-jumping FastPass+, meaning the popular pass can now be used unlimited times in one day. The improved FastPass+ will be included in the Globehunters Walt Disney World tickets package along with a variety of other benefits.
Walt Disney World theme park visitors will now be able to use FastPass+ as many times as they like throughout the day, enabling those that pay for the popular pass to experience as many rides and attractions as possible.
The changes were announced by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Chairman Tom Staggs who also confirmed that guests would be able to use the passes to visit multiple theme parks in a day.
FastPass+ enables guests to make advanced reservations for selected rides, shows and parades, allowing them to beat the often lengthy queues. Until now, users had been limited to three of these benefits per day, which meant tricky family decisions on which three activities most warranted FastPass+ use.
The first three fast passes of the day can be reserved online or through the My Disney Experience app, with any additional passes bookable at kiosks in the theme parks. A Disney spokeswoman confirmed that they intend to make this additional feature available on an app in the near future.
These changes to the FastPass+ system are just one of several exciting developments taking place at the Orlando theme parks this summer. The Wizarding World of Harry – a popular addition to Universal Studios which opened in 2010 - will be unveiling its long-awaited extension, Diagon Alley, this summer.
As well as a new multi-dimensional thrill ride, Diagon Alley will include the Hogwarts Express – a billowing steam train that travels between ‘London’ and ‘Scotland’ that appears to magically pass through a brick wall. The train will link Diagon Alley with Hogsmeade, the original Harry Potter attraction at Universal's Islands of Adventure park.
