Under the terms of the agreement with Exari, DLA Piper will leverage Exari’s DocGen™ software, which provides clients with the ability to ensure consistency and compliance with corporate standards throughout the contract automation and management process.

The “documents as a service” offering was conceived and incubated through DLA Piper’s wholly owned technology subsidiary Blue Edge Lab and offers clients a web-based solution for creating their own contract documents, either through standard template modules created by DLA Piper lawyers or customized modules based on a client’s standard templates.
