To ease business owners through this hair-pulling process, DNS Made Easy has announced a new transparent pricing initiative. For the last decade, DNS Made Easy has always published their prices online for all levels of membership. Over time, this measure has prompted other providers to follow suit with publishing their own pricing tiers on their websites. This current effort to highlight their network’s strengths will hopefully encourage other providers to start making their statistics more public.

“There’s no excuse for overpriced DNS services,” says Job, “if you’re having to come up with a quote just to start the buying process, you’re looking at the wrong provider.” It’s become commonplace in the industry now to have to jump through hoops just to sign up for a membership. DNS Made Easy has streamlined this process with their low pricing promise. Users simply have to pick a pricing tier that matches their business’ needs, and start their free trial without ever having to pay a cent.

DNS Made Easy explains in detail how they are able to provide these high quality services while still keeping prices low. They cite their long-term relationships with vendors as being one of the best ways they maintain cost efficiency. “We’ve been working with some data providers and facilities for over a decade,” says Job, “so we’ve seen the evolution of data into the cloud, but are still able to keep our prices as low as they’ve always been.”

The other way they’ve been able to keep members coming back is their use of membership customization. Rather than trying to bundle features together, DNS Made Easy allows customers to make the decision to add features like Failover or Global Traffic Director as they need them. Even phone support is an optional feature, unlike most providers who require all membership levels to shell out more each month for support they don’t use. Altogether, this keeps membership prices low across the board, and doesn’t force users into paying for services their organization doesn’t require.
